    What are the pro & cons? Which makes one more employable aboard?

    From what I've read they seem to be equally respected and a lot of employers state that they would like either of these qualifications. Having said that I've not looked at any particular areas so if there's a region or country that you specifically want to work in it might be worth checking online ads to see if schools there are overwhelmingly requesting one over the other (Dave's ESL Cafe is a good website to try). If not then I guess do which ever is more convenient for you in terms of price/location/times/has the more appealing course topics.

    There's basically no difference between them. I've never come across anything that told me the difference, and most job offers state CELTA or TESOL, I've never seen one that asked for one over the other.
