Iv applied for graphic design and illustration courses at
Wolverhampton ( local university )
coventry have invited me for an interview next year and
DMU recently asked for a CD containing my work.
But now I am really nervous about my work so...
On this website I have all the work iv put into the CD on display.
Could any one give me some opinions on if it is right for the course in terms of quality or otherwise ?
Is my portfolio strong enough ? Watch

I am just a spectator but it does look good to me! Although batman's head is weird ^^

maybe try adding some digital work, as that's where graphic design and illustration is going now.

Looks pretty good to me, though I might take out manga work because they are so over done and also the landscape work of lake view painting.
I really like the drawing with the butterflies and also your photography work (Y)

and you'll be sorted.

I'd say the comic is the weakest work but it's by no means bad.
I wouldn't worry, your work shows a lot of potential and I know people with worse portfolios than you who've been accepted onto GFX courses around the country.
It could use more digital work, Graphic Design is based heavily around the Adobe Masters Collection. Evidence that you are proficient with these applications prior to enrolling would stand you in good stead.
Also, change the font you use to caption your work!

It's hard to say how strong your portfolio is? How much can it bench press? If it's more that 100kg, then I'd say your portfolio is pretty strong :-D
