I sneeze chronically. As in all day and all night non stop.

How do I get rid off it or at least make it less frequent. My sleeping pattern is messed up and I have a permanent red nose

U tried taking clarityn? its an anti allergy tablet which u can buy over the counter. U take one small tablet before you go 2 sleep each night and though it doesnt take the problem away it reduces it considerably. If that doesnt work u should see ur GP u may have some kind of allergy which is causing the problem. Good Luck

You may be allergic to oxygen. Unfortunately, there is no cure.

Cetirizine hydrochloride! I have hayfever and it's the only thing that has ever made a difference. Check the label of over the counter hayfever remedies and see if it helps!
