First Date Ideas...

OK, I'm about to call up this girl I met at the weekend and try and get a date... but I don't know where I should take her. I want to do something fun rather than just get a coffee so even if it goes badly we will still have a good time.

What should I suggest we do? :confused:

well it depends where you live, but a funfair or a seaside pier might be fun - not the cinema as you don't really get the chance to interact and chat. try something non-combative (ie no laser-quest) and that will get you laughing together.....

take her to a fine restaurent, order a nice bottle of wine. light up a cigar at the end and all the time you two can be talking about each other. finding out whether you should marry her or pay the bill, cut your losses and get the hell out!

doesn't matter where you go, but make sure you feel comfortable there...you must be yourself, and if a girl is really interested in you she doesn't give a .... where you take here..as long as you are there with her

id say, meal, drink then bar where you can dance, not a club though. drink a bit more so both get more into the merry mode, start talking alot more, get a bit silly and should be a good night out.

just remember not to drink too much, both of you!

If you go to a Tapas bar take some mints.... there is a rather good chance your breath with smell like garlicy death afterwards....(depending on what you order, of course....but beware....)

i'd suggest Ice skating. its fun and you can either show off and impress her, or get the sympathy vote by falling over. Its also not too expensive so you could take her for dinner afterwards

Naw seriously, if you want something active how about... paintballing, lazer quest (nice n dark :wink:

), even bowling or as the others suggested,ice skating. Also, roller blading could be fun; again the impress or sympathise thing comes into play!
