    Hi everyone,
I've been reading up on tony blair and his record in office.
But I was wondering, in what ways did he act in the spur of the moment (policy or action) (with the action being pulled off effectively)? From what I have read he had vision when he came into office; ie. minimum wage, constitutional reform (yet the success of these are open to question

    thanks
