What's your ideal pre-drinking playlist. When you're all at someone's flat/house waiting to go out, etc.

I majorly need to update my ipod and it's just lacking for prinks :'(

    Thanks all! <3

meh it depends what you like and who you're with. If I'm with my metal buddies we just tend to listen to whatever amazing metal track comes to mind next! If I'm not then we just usually let the girls put on whatever ****e is currently in the top 40 and just ignore it. Best drinking album seems to be metallica - kill em all for me though,

I find a healthy dose of Divokej Bill is a good soundtrack to getting tipsy.

      ****ing this.

Darkthrones latest (ignoring the newest, cause it's ****) three albums.
Martyrdod, Alice In Chains, okaye I can't be ****ed with lists.

And, for some reason, Decapitated always seems to work. I don't get how someone into metal can not have heard The Negation.

Pretty much every Korpiklaani song, especially Happy Little Boozer, Wooden Pints, Beer Beer, Vodka, Let's Drink.
      Rasputin by Turisas
Trollhammaren, En Maktig Har, Korpens Saga by Finntroll
      Blut Im Auge by Equilibrium
Most Alestorm songs, particularly That Famous Ol' Spiced, No Quarter (POTC theme tune in shred format ftw), Wolves Of The Sea, The Huntmaster, Nancy The Tavern Wench, Wenches and Mead, and (when the third album actually gets recorded and released!) Rum!
      The Wild Rover by Tyr.
Wolfchant - Of Honor and Pride
      In Extremo - Spielmannsfluch

      And much more besides that!

Seeing as OP is Irish, Pints of Guiness Make You Strong by Against Me! is pretty appropriate.

It's old stuff, but it is awesome. The Fury (track 1) is probably my fave Decapitated song.

When it comes to IM, I'm happy with most their stuff. The last few tracks on Legend of the Black Shawarma are fantastic pieces of music.
