I had to drop out of university 2 years ago because of a mixture of a lot of stuff, my daughter was born just after i started so i had to go back and fourth from university to there, then the stress of uni and that was to much i had to drop out. I found out a year after that if i wanted to go back to university i would have to pay back the loan and the grant i took out. So i started ringing the student loan company asking if there was a way i could defer this and go back to uni and every time i rang i got a completly different answer. I also kept getting letters in the post from them saying if you dont reply we will add more to what you owe and even though i did reply they put an extra 1000 on. But anyway i finally found out i did have to pay it back, has anyone else have this problem and if so were you able to get around it somehow?
