I bought something in boots the other day and it came to a lot more than what I was expecting - I went back to the shelf and it said it was over £9 less than what it came up as at the till - I queried it with a member of staff and she worked it out on a calculator so I assumed the amount was right - Ive just checked my bank statement and its over £1.50 less than I should have been refunded - I know its partly my own fault for not checking it at the time, and its not like £1.50 odd is a huge amount of money - but still its principle

Go and explain your situation to the manager (provided you have your receipts).

If they don't do anything about it, contact Customer Services which in the past were brilliant at sorting out a big problem I had.

Go back and explain. Even if you don't have your receipts they should keep a record of refunds, but you need to make it easy for them to check so you should take your bank statement. Hopefully you know the day and time and maybe even who served you/a description of them. If you can't get in for a while then phone them now so they can make a note of it.

Well in that case, email them. They may be able to refund you or send you some vouchers or something.
