Just got a conditional through from MMU for Foundation chemistry

This offer is subject to you obtaining
A minimum of 40 UCAS Tariff points
    from three GCE A levels

Due to a bad first year. I already have 40 UCAS points from an E in biology A2

Im resiting my A2 section of Biology

Also doing Chemistry A2 and a Btec in science

I already have 100 UCAS points from my combination of AS results and My biology.

Does this mean i a already have the required minimum points ?!

I think it means they want you to get 40 UMS points from the A levels you are doing. Basically, you need to get one E this year.

First of all, as far as I can see you're only doing two A-levels, so best contact them to make sure the BTEC is being considered as an A-level.

Secondly and assuming it is, you don't meet them yet, no. You have 40 from a biology A-level, but the other two qualifications have yet to be completed.

Yeah, Currently only have 2 A2's

Due to a mess up with my school and the ICT course i have an AS in ICt but the A2 class got canceled, So i picked up the BTEC to do for one year. I do believe this was mentioned by my teachers in there reference as a side note

Make absolutely sure that the uni is aware of this and is considering it equal, because by the phrasing of that offer (assuming that is the full phrasing) you cannot fulfil it no matter what you achieve, you can only fulfil it if they count the BTEC as an A-level. Phone them now would be best, or at least very soon.

All you need to do is get a pass for everything else. You already have a guaranteed minimum of 40 points from your already completed A2 in biology (resits can push it up, but cannot pull it down), so just get the extra two A-levels (again, I'll assume the uni is taking your BTEC to be one) at any grade and you will fulfil that offer.
