Basically she's all over me one minute (humping etc, of all things). The next she's turned away from me and doesn't want me to touch her, or even look at me.
No nakedness, no kissing with tongues, no touching you know where...
Should I dump her? I mean I dont want to upset her but I dont want to be clueless as to where I stand and what she wants. Should I ask her what she wants or just dump her right away? Cos I'm really not that into it.

Maybe she is inexperienced and doesn't know how to take it further? Are you considering dumping her because she's not putting out or because you genuinely are not that fond of her? Her way of flirting sounds rather immature so perhaps it is that she's not experienced and freezes up when you try to take things further because she is scared.
I think to be honest you are just going to have to talk to her about it. As you say otherwise you will be clueless as to where you stand. The only option is to tell her how you feel, and that you are unsure as to how she feels. You are confused as to what it is that she wants and don't want to be in a situation on terms you don't understand.
If you don't ask, you won't know.

Is she bipolar? Put her on meds.
However, it sounds like you aren't emotionally invested in this relationship so who cares. Just dump her since relationships without emotional investment are worthless.
if you dont want to dump her why should you do that???? just talk to her and explain what you feel, that her behaviour is strange for you and you are clueless...
