So, i've not been really pleased with my deadlift progress. I'm stuck at 70kg (pretty dire i know) and have been lifting properly for 2 months. My routine is pretty basic:
Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, T-bar Row.

I'm wondering whether it may be a form problem? I haven't read any proper routine books. I've just been doing 3 sets of 5 for each exercise. Maybe i should be doing less sets with better form for the deadlift?

Just add extra weight and push through it as long as form is good barely need to drop the number in your sets, I do 4 sets of 8 and 2 of 6 when deadlifting

You're probably just not eating enough / are being a pussy

even with crap form you can still add weight

make sure your form is decent, and that you're eating enough - failing that, you're probably too scared to add weight

you shouldn't be stalling at 70kg on the deadlift, so I doubt its an actual stall
