hi, i'm 18, turning 19 in a months time and have had 2 and a half years of dropping in and out of various colleges. i received the best gcse's in my secondary school, but never came out with any level 3 qualification. i've finally realised that i want to go to university to study computer programming. however i tried contacting my local colleges to study an access course, but none of my them had a course of that type. i was just wondering if anybody knew of a list of colleges/universities that a could study at. im willing to travel, preferably to a bigish city. thanks

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
