My boyfriend has told me that hes got my little sisters some chocolate for xmas.....and hes gonna get some chocolate or something for my parents too. I told him that it wasn't necessary, but he says he wants to do it (maybe he feels its polite cause he does come and stay at my house and my dad gives lifts etc).

I wasn't expecting this.....do I need to give something to his folks too  I go and stay at his house regularly, and his parents give me lifts to and from the station....or would it be abit weird? Like, I don't want them to feel like they have to give me something back- his family don't really bother with getting presents and stuff for xmas for each other. I don't want to seem weird either???

I'm also low on cash right now, what with being unemployed.....

But I dont want to seem rude.

    what would you do?
