I have a ratio of 0.8. I've read that less than 1, or maybe 0.9 is what is healthy for men. 0.8 seems a bit low though. Should I try and put a few pounds on or just accept I have a bit of a girly phisique?

0.8 is not exactly 'girly'. Most girls with that sort of ratio are either round looking (apple shape) or straight up and down (banana shape).

I'd say for men, 0.8-0.9 is ideal. I believe that would be the measurement around the belly button versus the circumference around the biggest part of your hips (at the level of the buttocks).

Don't get hung up on figures and **** like that, it's down to your instincts. It's all cool if you think your current physique looks good in dem apple bottom jeans and dem boots with the fur
