Your application has been sent to UCAS and will be processed shortly. After it has been processed, we will send you a welcome letter and a booklet in the post; they will explain what happens next. Once you have the letter, you can log in to Track at ucas.com to check the progress of your application. Log in with the Personal ID on your welcome letter as this number may have changed since sending your application.
    Is this unusual?

    Do unis have my application?

My took 2-3 days, so just wait and it shall be sent to all your universities.
I think during this period of being 'processed' your personal is checked for plagiarism. Will be fine, just wait

UCAS has it. UCAS will process it. UCAS will send it out to your uni choices. UCAS will send you a welcome letter and booklet. UCAS apply is now useless. UCAS, where amazing happens.

It is the norm. UCAS takes time to process it and check for plagiarism. Once they have, they will send you a Welcome letter and send your application to the unis!
