Suggestions needed -Next steps after Test failure watch

    • Thread Starter

    Hi Folks,

Well, Failed today with 5 minor and a serious. Feeling sad but then rules are rules, sadly sometimes not logical in certain situations.

Serious fault: On dual carriageway Signal Junction right turn: straight on went from red to green and green right arrow was not lit( which I did not spot). I was first in queue . So I moved by half a feet i guess before examiner asked to stop.

Well that was enough to fail.

Anyways, i need inputs like what should I do next?

Like- how many more classes? Or shall I take the earliest test available( i see FEb 1st week available as of now in DSA website )

I am pretty good at driving, maintaining required speeds , maneouvrs etc etc. Just that getting used to UK rules. Have been driving regularly upto 80 miles before landing in UK.

Thanks and appreciate your any feedback.

From the number of minors and the nature of the serious, I would say book your next test for as soon as possible. Take the earliest date and then search on a regular basis for a cancellation. Take whatever you can get. Keep up with a lesson a week until test. That should see you through comfortably at the next attempt. And commiserations on failing this time.

Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
