Should I have told my mum about my injection? Watch

I'm 17 and was offered vaccination for Hepatitis B when I was getting an STI and HIV test done yesterday. I said yes and was vaccinated. I didn't want my mum to know about my STI test because it's embarrassing and none of her business so I didn't tell her. She found the form the hospital gave me about Hepatitis and my injection and flipped out at me, saying I went behind her back and I always sneak about and don't tell her things. Why the Hell is it her business if I get vaccinated in my body in my own time to protect myself? She's really angry that I didn't tell her; I don't see why I needed to, it's not like we even have medical or passport records to update.

Huh? Surely she should be pleased that you've been mature enough to get yourself tested and to get vaccinated.
