Hi, im a student in a Unite property in Sheffield. I thought that i would tell everyone of the ways in which they really dont care about their customers. In my flat, which is less than 10 years old, there is a leak in the bathroom that has got so bad that the plastering on the celing has come off. We have complained over 3 times but they have done nothing. Due to these leaks, Electricity for lights also had to be switched off, meaning that out flat was plundged into complete darkness, without warning. If they dont fix the leak, then we could be moved out of our flat. All we can do is hope that they eventually decide to care.
