      if you buy your almonds from your local supermarket you should be fine.....

      poisoning only occurs from the "wild" variety of almonds.... (which aren't sold to consumers in our markets

      I ate a kg almonds and nothing happened.....

      wanna lose weight; drink 10-15ml (oranic) apple cider vinegar with water (can add honey; tastes nicer) or natural fruit juice three times a day.... does wonders for fat loss.. and good for your general health

      Anything above you BMR will put on weight anything less you will loose ! end of. Doesn't matter. I can eat 2000 caories of lettace and 2000 calories worth of cookies it's the exact same

        Not exactly. Studies have shown that calories gained from fat are worse than those gained from carbohydrates.

        A lot of ongoing research is looking at this, so don't be so brazen.
