I am applying for uni this year and I have been diagnosed with aspergers syndome which makes social interaction a real struggle for me, and since I am moving away to university I am quite worried about this. And it would be very hard for me to get a part-time job to help financially because I have a very bad short term memory, I cannot cope with loud noise or lots of people, so that immediately slashes the number of jobs I could get.
I have a lot of phobias, OCD and anxiety disorder.
Plus I was diagnosed with Bulimia Nervosa in January of this your which I have suffered with for about 4 years now.

Can I get any extra help at uni?

Yep, go to your disabilities office.

You'll be able to talk through the problems you have and how you may be able to solve them, or at least limit the difficulties they cause.
