I used to have a thick very long fringe that if I didnt get a hair cut for as little as 2 months it would be growing over my eyes and have layers and layers of fringe.

After a few years of depression and bad diet related to depression my fringe has started shrinking to the point that it pretty much doesnt grow at all each time I get a hair cut.

I thought at first it would be recieding hairline but the rest of my hair is very very thick.

For one would a good diet regrow fringe even somewhat, or would some products?

Was about to say' dont cut your hair' (the obvious eh?)

But your situation must be considered.

I take one tablet of vitamins/omega 3- it will also help with skin.

Also, cocunut oil is good for the hair. Umm, something to do with helping the bonds of proteins.... Just use it!
