Symptoms!!
Hi, over the past couple of weeks I've experienced a huge food appetite which is strange as I used to eat very little and I find myself having an insatiable thirst for water all the time? Plus even though I'm sleeping alright I'm tired all the time?
Does anyone know if these are serious or not?

When you say insatiable, how much are you drinking? Are you producing a similar volume of urine? Do you have headaches or anything else with it?

Maybe nip down to llyods pharmacie or the doctors for a quick test to rule outt diabetes?

Well thats the weird thing I drink loads and feel the need to go to the toilet but when i get there I dont need to go anymore

The classic symptoms of diabetes are:
* frequent urination, with large volumes of urine (polyuria),
* excessive thirst (polydipsia),
* hunger (polyphagia), and
* weight loss.
Other symptoms might include:
* fatigue,
* blurry vision,
* odd aches and pains,
* dry mouth,
* dry or itchy skin,
* impotence (in a male),
* vaginal yeast infections (in a female),
* poor healing of cuts and scrapes, or
* excessive or unusual infections.

could be diabetes, or maybe even its just stress related or somthing. Did this come on quickly????
To be honest here, i think its prob. nothing at all but since ur worried about it you should go and see your doc, even if its just to put your mind to rest - afterall, thats what he/she's there for!!
