A good concealer. I use MAC studio sculpt, it is brilliant! There's a shade for all skintones too.

Get more sleep, drinks lots of water and don't strain your eyes too much.

my sister started using that garnier eye roll on thing and it really works
also use the tinted one as it won't work straight away, but hopefully it should cover it up for now, as well as "curing" it in the long run

Yeah I need help with this too. And concealer just doesn't do it for me- I rub my eyes a lot.

You need more iron in your diet, that’s one of the causes or dark circles under your eyes that and obviously a bit more sleep.

John Lewis seem to sell fairly good quality household appliances. If not, you could always try Amazon.

I need to eliminate this problem too. I think lack of sleep has had a long term effect on the dark circles. I'll keep updated on tips also .

You may have an allergy, you should see a doctor, sometimes you may not react with sneezes, rashes etc but dark eyes can be a result of an allergic reaction. Also, it may just be hereditary, where, you'll unfortunately always have it, but they can be reduced with treatments which cost money, or a simple eye cream, some are specially designed for males.
