Right people, i don't drink much, but want to be able to instead of feeling like a third wheel in when with friends in a pub.
the problem is that im not a fan of beer, or many mixers. I quite like Koppaberg, but found out that its not vegetarian.
any ideas of drinks like koppaberg, but not koppaberg?

OP you scared me. You made me think Kopparberg wasn't vegetarian

Almost all, if not all, drinks are vegetarian. Unless you wanna mix cider with bacon fat?

Anything by Henry Westons, although I would warn against their scrumpies till you are a bit more accustomed to it.

Beware though, some of their ciders are very very strong. But so so good.

I think he was referring to the mangle of a word that was meant to read "vegetarian".

I was writing a comment about what an "idiot" the OP was, then I looked it up, and the OP is indeed right. And I am the idiot.

Gelatin and animal products are used in a lot of drinks. Taurine is one that spring to mind straight away, that you wouldn't normally think of!

    Wrong.

Quite a few beers use Isinglass which is an extract from a fishes swim bladder used in the fining process. And some others use Glycerol monostearate which isn't always suitable for vegetarians.
