I'm just going to go straight to it.. over the past couple of weeks, I've been feeling really weak, dizzy, sick etc.. it can sometimes get to the point where I'm collapsing because I have no energy. My diet is good, balanced and regular eating, but I've found recently that if I don't eat every couple of hours I get these "crashes" where I shake really bad, go all sweaty, feel really sick and sometimes pass out..
I don't know if that's my blood sugar levels going haywire, but straight after I eat I feel loads better, but half an hour or so after, I go all funny again.. I know something isn't right, but it's really annoying because it's getting in the way of my life at the moment and it's very frustrating.. any suggestions? Thank you kindly
