Hi guys, couldnt find a thread specific to what I was looking for. So heres the deal. I used to be a 6 foot 5 guy weighing only 11.5 stones, but after bulking up a bit I am now 14 stones. I want to get stronger yet, but I want to cut down the fat I have also accumulated.
I plan to change my weights regimen slightly, increasing reps and odin sum cardio etc. And also changing to a clean diet, but was wondering would 6 months be enough to get well toned??

depends how hard you work over those six months, but assuming you work pretty hard i don't see why you couldn't get to be far off your aims!
