i have a problem with my skin..many people think i look great but whenever i wake up in the morning my skin looks literally dead and i dont know what to do and sometimes i look very pale and drawn which is usually during winter time and also sometimes during summer as well...do you guys know any ways of cleansing your skin so that it doesnt look so pale and unnatural....oh and does bio-oil really help your skin look great?..

n.b:i never ever wear make-up on daily basis except for eyeliner and some lipgloss or something...

Maybe using a scrub or a body brush could help as they stimulate the bloodflow.

Otherwise it may just be something that you will have to put up with. Eat a healthy diet and make sure you are getting enough sleep

Pale? Eat some meat and check your iron levels.
