    No, and no.

Just because someone is well-read on a topic doesn't mean that's what they are. For instance, would you walk up to a wine connoisseur and call him an alcoholic?

Can fully working sex organs be created artificially?

    Definetely.

I can't give detail because i don't remember what all the weird **** programs I watch have said - I suggest googling sex change surgery and reading up on it.

For surgically created vaginas, yes, sex can be enjoyed, a clitoris is made with the end of what used to be the penis and can enjoy sexual sensation the same as a normal clitoris, and most transsexual women can orgasm. The labia is created with previous scrotal skin, although there are many surgical methods. Once the surgery is completed it takes a while for all the nerves to re-arrange themselves. Of course, implanting a fully functioning womb/ovaries is as of yet not possible.

For female to male surgery (which is often overlooked when thinking about 'transsexuals') then there are two surgeries - one which enhances the enlarged clitoris (from testosterone therapy) which retains physical sensation and means that they can pee standing up, but does not resemble normal male genitalia. The full procedure to create cosmetic male genitalia is called a phalloplasty and normally is performed taking skin from the arm - it doesn't have sexual sensation but looks the same as any other man. A pump is also implanted in one of the cosmetic testes so that the constructed penis can be made 'erect'.

Some transsexual people can enjoy sex with their god-given genitalia, others couldn't think of anything more tortuous, hence the need for drastic surgery.

    Hope that clears it up

    Real bluntly put:
Transexuals are human therefore they like sex.
