What do you think is the Best Music album of 2010?

For me, it's either Eminem - Recovery or The Script's album.

Kanye's album was good too actually. Just listened to Diddy's too, that's worth a shout.

    Iron Maiden-'The final frontier'.

The music was deep and densely layered and was evidence that the band was progressing rather then remaining static.

    IRON MAIDEN FTW!!!!!

Idiots, xx was last year. Just cos you're all very far behind.

Close between Kanye, Foals and Beach House. All very good albums. Laura Marling deserves an honourable mention too.

One of four... can't choose between them.

    Haken - 'Aquarius'
Vanden Plas - 'The Seraphic Clockwork'
    Aspera - 'Ripples'
    Alter Bridge - 'AB III'

Seventh Wonder - 'The Great Escape' is probably going to surpass all of these, however, considering the reviews it's been getting. But I haven't yet heard it cos it's not on Spotify yet, and the band is too unheard of for me to be able to find a download...

    FlyLo's Cosmogramma

Gil Scott-Heron's I'm New here follows closely.

Others: Pantha Du prince - Black Noise.

    Grinderman - Grinderman 2

    Gorillaz - Plastic Beach

    Caribou - Swim

    The Black Keys - Brothers

Loads of others that I can't be bothered to name...

I can't think of a single album from this year that I will probably still be listening to in a couple of years time. Truly awful tbh.

I'd disagree. Thank Me Later was a breath of fresh air as far as hip hop goes. Pink Friday however was a flop.
