I was wondering, if your parents are divorced whos income do you take into account when trying to decide the student loan ammount?

    Is it:

    both parents.

Both parents and their new partners

One set of either your mum and her partner or visa versa

    Or everyone?

Or who you live with? (if that was the case, what if you didnt live with either of the pairs).

    Thankyou

It's the household income so it'll be the parent that you live with.

I live with my mom, therefore I only declare her income

Whichever parent you live with, plus their partner. If you don't live with either, whichever you would "normally live with" - this is what the guy on the helpline told me when I said my Mum was dead and I hadn't lived with my Dad for 5 years.....if you genuinely don't live with either I suggest you put down whichever household has less income!
