If I were to do 3 sets of 15 push-ups and 3 sets of 15 dips (like between chairs or something) everyday how long would it take to build up upper body strength.

Are there any other exercises I can do without using weights or bars since I don't have any which would increase upper body.

I just want to increase the size of my upper body!

Join a gym. Do starting strength for around 5 months. Then you'll see gains. The end

If you don't have weights swap press ups for chin ups.

    They're a lot more effective...
