I was meant to have my test on saturday and it got cancelled. The main roads were fine here as well, it was just the side streets that were snowy. I imagine theres a good chance yours will get cancelled as well if the roads in residential areas still aren't clear.

Just ring them and ask. It's unlikely there is going to be a drastic change in conditions within a day, so they probably already know. No point you sitting around nervous / worrying if it's going to be cancelled.

If there's even a hint of ice or snow on the roads, the test will be rescheduled for another date. I'm in Kent, and its always the same down here over the winter... it gets icy... tests get cancelled. I guess people have to understand it from the examiners' perspective though, because they get loads of people going for the test who really aren't good enough. They have no idea how a test candidate will react if they are faced with icy conditions.... they don't even know if the candidate can control the car in good conditions, let alone snow.
