I'm interested in doing a European masters degree in finance. The main issue however in financing. Tuition fees are not a problem but living costs most definitely are.

I have Austrian citizenship; however I have not lived there meaning that I'd be eligible for Federal aid for studies in an Austrian university but not universities in other countries as I do not fulfill the residence requirements for the mobility grants.

Are there any other sources of funding available for studies in Europe as Austria is not my first choice, as a long term stay in the country would render me liable for military service.
