so ive started to get really friendly with this girl at work. and recently she suggested I wait for her at the end of the shift so she can walk home with me. also she has been touching me alot, and play fighting, which i dont really mind.
the problem is i am really falling for her and am sick of relationships in general, and want to kind of not fall deeply in love with her.
because i think it will be same old story for me, i.e. wondering why shes not talking to me today, when everything was fine yesterday (this really really does my head in).
is their anyway for me to restrict my feelings for her? its not that i dont like her, i find her very attractive, and dont wnt to hurt her by being a ****.
any advice would be very appreciated.

When you feel like you're losing grasp on your feelings, whip them back. It sounds like you are highly aware of what you do and don't want, and it's just a matter of reminding yourself of these things.

judging by the info you've you've given,if she's the more meotional, sensitive type i think you should stay away from her.
your not 100% sure whether you can last in a relationship or not.
if it diesn't work she doesn't deserve depression.
plus you have to think if you csn challenge yourself as well.

i dont think you can really control your feelings mate.
these sort of things will eventually eat away at you.
i believe love is irrational, and can not be looked at from a logical or analytical view.
maybe just tell her how you feel, and allow the relationship to grow??

Don't be afraid to fall in love. If **** happens then **** happens, you chalk it up to experience and walk away from it different to how you were before you went in, that's what life is for. Don't waste time on insecurity 'cause if you're just waiting for an arbitrary cut-off point where love stops being dangerous and starts being the right thing it is going to pass you by in the interim.
