So 3 weeks ago I weighed 72.3KG before my workout

Now I weigh 78KG AFTER my workout... + Drank about 1000ml of water.....?

Surely the swelling of my muscles + 1000ml of water doesn't = 5.7KG?

It was at the same time of day as well. I even took two dumps.

Assuming you only have weighed yourself twice in three weeks and you didnt actually weigh yourself before your workout. I can say without a doubt that most of it would be water weight, you may have binged over the weekend and carbs are particularly effective at soaking up the water.

Id say unless you drop weight next week and your lifts have or havent improved the past 3 weeks its either fat or muscle.

    P.S
Be careful how much water you drink it can flush essential nutrients out.

Hmm, interesting, nah definitly no binging :P

I'm going to test my BF again, I used a machine, and it was 17%, but I think it's false because you can make out my abs slightly. And also some BF prediction of people on BB.com are some people fatter than me with a lower BF% hmmm

    Ill test next week

stop being so fixated on how much you weigh, its a good way to note progress but try and pay more attention to what you look like in the mirror

    1. Did you use the same scales.
    2. Electronic body fat measuring devices fluctuate with how hydrated your body is, it's an incredibly inaccurate way of measuring body fat and is mainly for show in gyms.
    Yes and ok :P
