How to decline an offer?

I can't figure it out.
I have an unconditional which I would like the decline, they just phoned me asking to make a decision and to do it on UCAS
But how do I do it?

When I try to 'Reply to Offers' it says I am not required to make a reply...

Do you have all of your replies yet? If not then you have to wait until you do.

You can cancel that choice if you want to do it now, but that's the only way to do it without affecting your other choices. You would have to cancel any outstanding choices, which seems a bit pointless as then you can't receive any offers from them. Or wait until you have all your replies.
