Inflating universe - vacuum energy density question! Watch

    Hi,
    Assume there is a positive vacuum energy density. The question asks what effect this would have on the universe. There were 5 options but I'm pretty sure from looking at my notes that it's either:

    Expand exponentially at late times
    or
    Expand exponentially if the matter density is much less than the critical mass density.

    I really don't know which one of these it would be... Please help!
