Get on the phone to them. Emails are too impersonal.

Phones 4 U gave me a display model without telling me, without deleting videos that customers had recorded, or cleaning the very dirty screen.
I paid £429 for the phone,- no discount, didn't even tell me about it.

After realising, the store were unhelpful,- they told me that no devices were in stock, when a day later, someone else told me that there was,- I guess the sales staff I asked were hoping to keep it to sell, as there is a low amount of stock of the handset.

After calling customer services, I got a replacement given to me in store.

Best bet,- call up. Be kind, be hard and be polite.
Then, I emailed them, again head office called me,- offered me £30 goodwill gesture.

      Best advice is to:
      - Go into the store if you can
      - Call head office/ customer services
      - Email.

If you care that much, you can get it sorted within a matter of days.
