My chlamydia went away on its own? watch

In March I had chlamydia symptoms, but I didn't know they were symptoms because they went away within a couple of days so I just left it. Last week I had an STI test and the results today said I was negative for all STI, including chlamydia. How can it have gone away by itself?

Maybe it was never chlamydia? You did only have symptoms, not an actual diagnosis

    a) You didn't have it in the first place.
    OR
    b) You still have it and the test was wrong.

Male. Pain when urinating, yellow discharge from penis and abdominal pain.

Chlamydia doesn't generally just go away on it's own. Repeat the test. If it is still negative then you probably never had it to begin with.

could be a number of things other than just clamydia, if you had the test and its negative then you dont have it.

It's just using Octo-camo to blend in with your skin and pubes.

You probably never had it. Symptoms could have been from many other things
