Your bodyfat % needs to be low enough. Abs are made in the kitchen more than anything else. Basically, lose body fat.

Lol it's not... It's incredibly hard to gain muscle on your stomach. Your abs are already there, you just need to get rid of the fat covering them

I don't like JLS nor do I find them attractive.

I don't like abs on boys, they don't look right. Also when you hug them, they feel all hard and horrible. Not good.

Your a moron if you think that. If you have a layer of fat covering your abs how do you expect to see them?.... If crunches were the answer, then loads of fat people would have six packs, woulden't they?...

Not a big fan really...I dislike muscles if I'm honest, but upper body muscle is okay if not overdone.

    Repeat: Your a moron.

Fat, im guessing by fat, your categorising that as overweight. As in what we think as "fat." At the end of the day buddy, everyone has some fat on their bodies. Minimum for guys is 4%. Now, if you can't see your abs at the moment, what do you suggest is covering them? It's fat. You need to lose bodyfat % to see your abs. Fact.
