Hey guys. I am doing a little research for a colleague of mine who is looking for a new PC. I think a mid-range spec would do. She's into gaming and plays mostly RPGs, her current rig won't even load fallout3!

I built my own beast of a system a few months ago, so I'm familiar with the top of the spectrum, however, the mid-range systems still elude me

I found this and it seems like it would do? However, the seller on amazon seems a bit dodgy. There are hundreds of machines listed under Silverstar Computers, and yet there have only been 7 feedback in the last year? All by the same person?

What do you guys think? Would it be safe to buy from this person? What could go wrong? And is the system fairly standard enough to play todays games decently?

This Roger B has also rated every single PC system that silver star sell with 5 *'s, and with exactly the same message. Just a teeny weeny bit suspicious :P

It's not even good value. It would cost about £400 to build, even if you include a decent PSU and case.

Try www.overclockers.co.uk - They do some pretty good mid-range builds for good prices
