I am currently a year 12 student studying maths and further maths, and I aspire to continue on to do maths at university. I find the current content fairly simple, and so wish to develop further in order to prepare myself for maths where the answer is not as obviously found (eg STEP papers)

My questions for you guys are:
    • How do I begin to develop my skills in order to bable to solve STEP problems?
    • Where can I begin to learn an introduction to proofs (induction, contradiction)
    • What specific knowledge is required to understand STEP questions?

Thanks for your help - i would be grateful if you could also post any resources (online, books etc) which would help someone in my position.
