ok i have been going out with my girlfriend for just over a year , im 18 and she is 17 . However we argue on a daily basis , and i have got to the point where i feel she is a bit clingy and need some space. she insistis we meet all the time and gets annoyed when i have other things to do such as work etc

However , when i think about breaking up i get a horrible feeling because i don't want her to be upset and feel guilty . Also im not sure if i would regret breaking up a week or so after dumping her =/

Does it sound like we should break up ?

Hey, it sounds like you are really stressed by the situation,

I myself would sit her down and tell her how you feel, after all she is your girlfriend and she should understand your feelings. About the dumping... if you really are unhappy, then you need to ask yourself weather the relationship is worth saving, which it can be if you two work at your problems.

I hope this helps you out

If you're both arguing then maybe just a bit space for both of you would be better so go on a break. You'll be amazed how much a break can help.

only thing with a break is.. you need to set down rules, because breaks can lead to cheating...

not saying you or your girlfriend will, but there needs to be boundaries.

can i suggest not to break up? it sounds like you need a holiday from the relationship, a break.

Have a break, a week long one? then things should be back to normal

If someone was that clingy with me, I'd end it, because I just hate being like that with anyone. If you argue all the time then maybe you're not meant to be together.. relationships can be fun for a while, which is fine, but you just need to think about whether you've reached the end of the road :-)
