Hey, not sure where to post this so...

My brother just called me from Turkey (moved there couple of years back) and mumbled a bunch of stuff to me that I kinda made sense off.

He mentioned something about getting registered for some sort of a course over there, but apparently his Diploma (he got over here around 10 years ago) only has his first, and last name. But not his middle name written on it, and apparently you need your full name printed on your diploma to register. (for what ever it is his registering for.)

Again, not quite sure what it is his trying to apply to, but he asked me to ask around to see who it is he needs to get in touch with to get the printed name on his diploma revised/updated.

    Any ideas?

Guessing the place where he took the diploma so they can amend and re-issue the certificate. If not, I'd imagine they'd know who issues certificates.
