Spontaneous speech - need to be talking about stuff like discourse markers, non-fluency features, hesitation, repetition, self-correction, fillers, utterances, colloquialism, cliches, slang etc
scripted speech - less non-fluency features (say why i.e. if you're reading a TV script, it would be hard to understand if everybody said "ummmmm" all the time)

and maybe you could also say something about situations when people try to blur the differences between the two - e.g. when tv presenters read off an autocue they quite often try to appear as if the are speaking sponaneously when the majority of their speech is actually scripted. :smile:
You need to discuss context as well - when these situations occur, paralinguistic features and prosodics. You should discuss the relationship between the speaker and how this affects the conversation.
