I'm trying to bulk up my legs and increase their endurance over the next few months in preparaiton for a ski trip in March. Anybody able to recommend me a program I could follow?

Plenty of sleep, a good diet (cut out processed sugars and fats), cardio every day and muscle training every other day to make sure you give your muscles a rest
