Pleaseee helpppp !!

i really need sooo much help i dont noe what to do !!
ive not been able to revise for any of my exams coz i just came out of hospital ..ive got maths sociology and psychology in jan ..im fine with maths but im really struggling with the other two !!
ive only got 3 weeks to revise almost everything for sociology and psychology !!!
whats likely to come up ?? and how should i go about revising it all in 3 WEEKS ??? practically no time leftt !!!!!! ?

Sociology + Psychology are pretty easy to revise, no?
Go over the theories, who made the theories and the studies, maybe draw out mind-map type things and place around your room.
Then do lots of exam q's..
E.g. I would spend an hour going over one theory and its studies, then do an exam q on it..
