Are there some people you just can't get over losing? Watch

I'm in my teens, had a girlfriend for about 15 months. Lost our virginities to each other (very important to me, I'm Christian), we were each other's firsts for pretty much everything, madly in love with each other. Then she changed and ended it. About 9 months later, here I am, still thinking about her all the time, getting a flutter when I see her, dreaming about her and so on. The thing is, even if she came up to me and said "I still want you, let's get back together" then I couldn't, as she's broke my trust so much. Can someone explain this to me - inb4 "man up, pussy" - and has anyone experienced similar?

Yes. It'll stop hurting, but they'll always be special and in that sense, I fully agree with the guy above me - you've loved and lost, yay
