Hey everyone, hope you can help me here because I've had a lot of mixed advice about this from everyone!

I have dyed black hair. I want to change my colour to a chocolate brown. My hair is too black to just dye brown so I want to lighten it a little.

I know I could go to a hairdressers and have this done but I live way out in the country and I'd really like it completed before christmas.

I've heard you can spray natural lemon juice onto your hair and then blow dry it and this well fade the colour.

Any advice or recommendations about this? I know it can make my hair really frizzy and dry but it's a risk I'm willing to take because black hair is just so morbid on me!!!

    Thanks in advance.
