Having a boring day then review it in your head or find some music that makes you go to sleep (westlife/il divo works wonders for me)!

OP, having a workout helps. Infact even just going for a long brisk walk in the evening will help because the exercise and the cold will tire you out and make you ready to get into a warm bed.
Reading helps if I have too much going round my head too.

Making a cocoon out of my duvet and wrapping myself up really tight.

Or, doing lots of exercise so I'm too tired to do anything.

My dad is really ill, he's just had 3 epileptic fits. My mum is ill. I'm in agony with my wisdom tooth. None of us have an appetite for tomorrow.
